In the simple case, where a package is obsoleted without an associated
rename, and nothing on the system depends on it, the package will be
uninstalled on upgrade, and on initial install will emit a message, but not
fail the installation.

Since an upgrade on an obsoleted package has an opposite action (ie. uninstall)
compared to a normal package, shouldn't the user be warned and/or a confirmation
be required at least during individual pkg install operations
ie. non-image-update requests)?
