Excellent. Of course, the whole point is to notify the user of EOFs. Till now putting EOF notices in release notes has generally been sufficient, but it'd be nice if EOF notices could be called out to the user separately from the remainedr of the release notes. Also, presumably bug report and ARC case identifiers will be free-form as far as IPS is concerned, right?
