Most of these services aren't just for packaged objects, they do self-assembly of the system on reboot, just like all the other transient services.

If you want an option to svcs which doesn't list transient services, that would be straightforward, and maybe even a good idea -- show me the services which are actively performing work on the system, as opposed to things like, say coreadm, or network/physical:default, or even manifest-import which do something when they're started, but then aren't involved in active operation.

But, I'm skeptical that these services which are activated by packaging are a more special class than other transient services.
