I'm assuming that you're referring to my question about what happened on line 3053 of imageplan.py (v1 of the webrev). I was asking not because I thought they should be supported, but because it was unclear that if the user passed in a wildcarded version that you wouldn't crash whencreating an fmri object out of it on line 3076.
