Hi all, Could you please review localization update 7169192 to sync with s11u1_13 English and also contains translation-only updates for translation improvements.

First one is standard webrev, but majority of colored lines are of comment lines automatically generated. Third one is same webrev, but removed emphasis with color from udiff comment line diffs. Second one is not a webrev but a set of plain diffs to focus only on string updates. All are in UTF-8; please set browser encoding to UTF-8 if you see garbled characters.
