So diff like above will not be reported. (Other than line# changes, e.g. filename changes are still reported.) Regarding help .po files (src/gui/help/<lang>/<lang>.po), there's no actual content (msgid/msgstr) changes. There are many filename changes in .po comment lines but it's due to one-time change in how English help .pot is generated. All are in UTF-8; please set browser encoding to UTF-8 if you see garbled characters.
