As a small enhancement, we might consider erasing the linked image
output in modules/client/progress.py (as we do with other
progress/planning messages).
Actually, after peeking at the code, most of the _li_* functions do use
cprint with erase=True, so it looks like the intention was to erase this
output... Does that make this a bug?

And yes, the -C option will allow you to specify the number of linked
images pkg(5) will work on in parallel. Alternatively, you can set
