I have gazebo working with bullet-2.77 and ogre-1.7.1. You can download the tarballs from their respective websites. The only thing that must be manually set is the use of double precision in bullet (not in ogre). The rest of the dependencies will probably be available as packages in your linux distribution (they are in ubuntu).
