Hi, Sorry I missed your earlier attachment on glxinfo output. It appears your glxinfo showed that direct rendering is not supported in your setup. This means neither local or ros-wrapped gazebo setup will not work. To fix this, try downloading and installing a driver recommended by nvidia driver download site <http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us> for your graphics card. For NVIDIA Go 7400, assuming your machine is 64bit, this is what I got:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux-display-amd64-260.19.29-driver.html After installing the driver, your glxinfo should show that direct rendering is supported, e.g. $ glxinfo name of display: :0.0 display: :0 screen: 0 direct rendering: Yes ... Then gazebo should run normally. hope this helps.
