I wasn't referring to money, rather to "programming resources". Give it to 
hundreds, one might contribute back, give it to thousands, ten might do.

License is clear: LGPL. Anyway, why would we add to the CVS a proprietary 
robot-arm-driving virtual PCI card plugin some company might do? Useless. 
On the other hand, this same company might find bugs in the PCI emulation 
and give us some feedback.
