Hi Arjen:

The patch given at https://sourceforge.net/p/plplot/patches/27/ deals
with an integer versus integer*4 Fortran inconsistency.

Instead of just blindly applying this one-line patch (which is what I
was going to do to start) I think it might be a better procedure if
our Fortran bindings were reviewed for any other such integer
inconsistency in case this guy missed another of those.

Anyhow, I have tentatively assigned this patch to you as our Fortran
expert.
