I have perfect results for example 8 now for Tcl, and visually perfect results
for Fortran. If I compare the PostScript files obtained with Fortran and C for
this example, there is some extra code associated with the fifth and the tenth
page. I have no idea where this is coming from - while the two plots are quite
different, this extra code is exactly the same.
I will commit my new code tomorrow anyway, as it is not visible on the screen
and we can then search for the cause.
