Nope. I just tried it with my firewall totally disabled and I still get:

ERROR(10:33)PM -
problem getting response info - [Errno 2] No such file or directory.'

And please keep in mind that I can download other torrent files from
other sites just fine so theoretically its not my torrent setup even
though I don't really trust not having an executable.

(I don't know of any way to tell Norton firewall to allow a port range
without an exe to tie it to. But like I said I even turned off Norton
and it still didn't work and I have my machine as a DMZ on my hardware
firewall and it works fine with lots of games that use weird ports all
the time.)

Question though, is the torrent download that you see what you expected
or is it low? Maybe lots of other people (but not all) are having the
same problem I am and not able to get it?

They've been up for about 2 months, with perhaps a 1-2 day
downtime about 10 days ago during a network relocation. Which
files/links
did you try? I'm looking at the tracker right now, and I see 418
downloads
using the torrents in the last 10 days. Every link to every .torrent on
the download page and article 30 works perfectly fine from here, I just
tried them all a few seconds ago, and they work fine. Are you sure
you're
not firewalled to block ports 6800-6900?
