Ohh and btw, the mirror for the win32 executable is returning a file not
found and the 'zip' link sends me to the same torrent error window.

        They've been up for about 2 months, with perhaps a 1-2 day
downtime about 10 days ago during a network relocation. Which
files/links
did you try? I'm looking at the tracker right now, and I see 418
downloads
using the torrents in the last 10 days. Every link to every .torrent on
the download page and article 30 works perfectly fine from here, I just
tried them all a few seconds ago, and they work fine. Are you sure
you're
not firewalled to block ports 6800-6900?
