That's a canard. I have experienced firsthand the "enterprise-class"
support offered by SUN Philippines and ORACLE Philippines. It's
nonexistent (unless you buy an EXPENSIVE support contract, which few
people do).
If you read the Windoze EULA, it's no better than the GPL "this software
has no warranty, including the implied one of functionality or usability."
Believe me, if you have the technical skills you're better off rolling
your own.
