Update: The company, Intellistor, could not repair the damaged disc but did not charge for their service since no cure no pay policy. Very good.
They have informed us that it is a mechanical failure of the drive. They attempted to find the same hard drive but without luck. Here is the specs of the drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB +5V 0.72A +12V 0.52A S/N: 9VP0YASR ST31000528AS R/N: 9SL154-301 Firmware: CC35 Data Code: 09526 Site Code: TK Product of Thailand If anyone knows where we can purchase an identical drive please let me know.
