At 16:21 I rebooted. Hmmm. A flaky drive or drive connector? That would explain a great many problems that have been having. When I rebooted the Ultrabay drive was not inserted. I'm going to continue to use the computer as usual and see if I get any more kernel panics. If I do not, then the Ultrabay drive must be the culprit. Troubleshooting may be difficult, but first I want to convict it.
