Hi, I got into my email with my cpanel password. This is different from my old aracnet.com password.
At least I was able to get to my email. What a pain to not have my primary email available. Sure would have liked to have some notice that they were "upgrading". Once the upgrade started they did not even call to give status. They even did not put up status reports on their website. But the broken web configuration message did give clue that things had gone south.
