Never heard of this one, and I've been using LaTeX ever since I installed
Linux the first time five years ago...  I'm sure it's not in any of the
Linux TeX distributions I've ever used (two versions each of nTeX and
teTeX).  It's probably a Windoze/MikTeX-specific doodad which somehow
never made its way into the major Unix TeX distros.

And by the way, for some odd reason, pdflatex doesn't like EPS embedded in
LaTeX, so I can't make PDF documents from LaTeX which have embedded
pictures of this kind.  I wonder why that is?
