Maybe we should also start another mailing list that deals solely with
Linux/Free Software advocacy and analysis of the issues surrounding Linux
and the Free Software Movement in general, i.e. a local
comp.os.linux.advocacy list. Tackling of technical issues there should be
limited to how these technical issues relate to the main topic of the
list.  In other words, a list that discusses more of the *whys* rather
than the *hows* of Linux and the Free Software community.

Could be useful for journalists and other non-technical people who want to
keep abreast of the state and progress of Linux and Free Software in the
Philippines, and for those of us who like to rant about the issues we
hackers hold near and dear to their hearts!
