I would go for a Unix developers' list to cover that.  ph-perl has too little 
volume unless we push it a bit more.  Unix, and not just Linux, so we could
get a hold of not only FreeBSD folks, but also folks who develop on Sun,
AIX, SCO and the like for a living.
