If the server's local ip at the ppp port is same as my
ethernet ip, they wont be able to ping it. below:

         ---------------  (ttyS0: 192.168.0.1)
 eth0 - | dialin server | ----- // ---- 192.168.1.2
         ---------------                 (remote)    
 192.168.0.1

But if I assign the local and remote peer ip from a
different subnet as my eth0, they can only ping my
ppp0 ip but not my eth0:

         ---------------  (ttyS0: 192.168.1.1)
 eth0 - | dialin server | ----- // ---- 192.168.1.2
         ---------------                 (remote)
 192.168.0.1

ill probably try portslave once i got this thing
working :)
