This is actually what I'm planning to do firsthand, to see each WM's look and feel, and maybe from there make a judgement on which one to really use. Based on some research I did through surfing, as well as the recommendations of fellow pluggers, I've chosen to evaluate the ff: Blackbox FVWM WindowMaker XFWM (on XFCE) I would try AfterStep too, but isn't WindowMaker a descendant of it? Same thing with Fluxbox, which is based on Blackbox. Thanks for the enlightenment, Rick. I'll be keeping your post as preliminary reference. -- Joon Guillen ================================ So computers are tools of the Devil? thought Newt. He had no problem believing it.
