Lifetime membership only applies to individuals. I do not think that
it is appropriate to have institutions as lifetime members. I mean, 10
years down the road, UP may dump Linux (heaven forbid!) in favor of
Microsoft (will $50Million grant do it?) and it will render its
lifetime membership void. hehehe... don't worry, as long as I'm with
UP, Linux will live there! :D
