PLUG membership is different to PLUG mailing list members. If you want to
learn something, you don't need to be a member of PLUG but rather with the
mailing list only. We carefully deliberated this issue and PLUG, Inc. is an
organization composed of volunteers (hopefully with commitments) who really
want to share their skills, time, etc. for the organization in which all
members will abide it's Constitution and By-Laws.

Yes, we will do that. Unfortunately, I can't say much for our Secretary
and/or Secretariat because they might be busy at the moment. But we
definitely inform the community.

It's easy to suggest but it's not easy to do it. We also have to consider the
benefits that the organization will gain. Now, if you already got a copy of
the Constitution and By-Laws and willing to help us improve it, you can do the
following:

[1] be a member of good standing
[2] submit your proposed amendments and discuss it with any of the board members

I hope that Mr. Paolo Falcone can post the minutes of last Saturday's General
Assembly in PLUG-Org mailing list.

By the way, I would like to clear something that it's good to conduct
meetings, discuss projects, make communications, etc. electronically but the
organization needs people who can attend, do projects and etc. physically to
help us make PLUG a REAL and PRODUCTIVE organization to the community. We
need people who can commit themselves to provide free services to the
community, to the organization.

In service to humanity,
