We maybe missed that but it doesn't mean we don't give recognition to
the founding members.  It's just that we, shall I say, rushed to finish
the Constitution and By-Laws and we admit that it still lacks of
important articles/sections.  But IMHO, it's good to have one basic CBL
to start than to have nothing at all.  IMHO again, the CBL is very
important for an organization because it's the basis of rules, rights,
functions, etc. that every member must follow.

Anyone is encourage to create their own Linux User Group and it's beyond
PLUG anymore.  The stand of PLUG is still to follow it's original
mission, vision and objectives but the current board members and
officers are hardly working to formally organize the group not just a
mailing list but a true organization that has a body that composed of
members and officers.  The current officers and board members are
spending time, effort, money and ideas to discuss, meet regularly just
to obtain a formal organization to which most of the members of the
mailing list are still questioning the status of membership.
