PLUG-ORG should be separate, as I have stated.

However, I think that there is no need to introduce a members-only
list. The existing lists are more than enough -- here's a possible
scenario: I need help on a particular problem, where do I post it -
members or non-members list? Where do I get more mileage? Will those
on the members-only list participate exclusively on that list and not
on the "public" list? Do I get more from the members-only list apart
from being privy on events and/or activities, which, IMHO, should be
open to everyone to encourage non-members to become members or at
least volunteer?
