Yes and the bandwidth consumption depends on the codec that you are using. if your VoIP is using the codec ITU G711u or G711a, it should be using 64kpbs per channel + IP Overhead, ITU G.729 - 8 Kbps, 10ms frame size + IP overhead and the proprietary ITU G.723.1 - 5.3/6.3 Kbps, 30ms frame size + IP overhead.
