I had been calling up various hardware suppliers here in the Philippines
(based in Manila at least) who may order from overseas and deliver them
to you -- however unless you already have an account with these
suppliers, you would have to pay in COD. It does pay to get really
specific with technical representatives over the phone instead of
talking with the purchasing department especially when it comes to
really specific crucial parts of a system.
I'm getting too much into the industry... ;)
