Hey, Orly. Why not donate the materials to Preginet (ASTI-DOST -
http://www.pregi.net)? They have a digital library project there based
on Greenstone -- I'm sure your materials will be useful. :)

Topic suggestions:

* Best practices (yet again, as I think these have been tackled last
year) in several settings: enterprise, academe, government, NGOs/POs, etc.
* Is open source ready for the desktop primetime? With the emergence of
"popular" distros like Ubuntu, among others, do we see an uptake on
their use for desktops?
* As Migs pointed: APIs (Google, Yahoo) and their applications in the
Philippines (who uses these and for what projects).
