Does Canonical fly people to talks around the world? Cool! I don't think the conference organizers have a budget for "importing" people. The most interesting imports I've seen was at the Singapore Linux Conference in 1999, which coincided with APRICOT. RMS was there! And Paul Vixie of BIND fame.
