The location is already fixed. Now of course it's great to have a
Cebu-based conference too, so I hope someone else could pick that up.

Part of History of Linux, though I'm not sure if that can make it as a
topic in itself. I'm assuming that people attending this conference
shouldn't be needing an intro.

I wasn't involved in last year's event, so I don't know how exactly
