I'm back online. Weheww. I did'nt check my mail for a month and I got 50 Messges but it's nice that I see first the topic Philippine Open Source Conference 2005 w/c is cool for me.

Hi have some Suggestion. But before that I hope that the conference will be on 1st or 2nd week of October so that I can attend :D and additionally last year the conference was held at Shangri-la Edsa Plaza Hotel (I was there), my suggestion is why not the conference will be held somewhere in Visayas or Cebu so that not only people from NCR/Luzon can attend. and open source will be spread nationaly for example in Cebu "Water Front hotels" I think this is one best Idea......

And for the topics I have some additional ideas, can we tackle the ff;
-3G Wireless on Linux
-Linux on PDA, Pocket PC, Smart Phones (Programming/Introduction/Application)
-Vintage Linux (Stories of First Filipino Linux users  like Eric "xenos" Pareja will be cool)

I have a lot of ideas but I belive this 3 serves open source best.......

And please DONT INVITE MICROSOFT COMPANY! hehehehhee coz last year MSDN was there! It's nice that FULL OPENS SOURCE ONLY....

Ey don't forget to send me invitation, 1 or 2 Months Ahead so that I will be in Philippines for Conference.....

regards,

kutch

Hi,
I'm working on the Philippine Open Source Conference 2005 - to be held
this September/October.

What topics would you like to see in a talk? What activities would you
like to have? What companies' products do you want exhibited? (And
what do you want to do with them - I know you want to hack on them of
course...)

Some of you might want to talk, of course. Let's discuss that.
You can view last years' at:
