You mean like possible career opportunities in an open source environment? That would be great and truly inspiring for students. I believe the conference must give emphasis to students because they are the future of open source (successful or not) in this country. The speakers must be able to give enlightening talks and inspire the students to take open source not as an alternative but as a career choice/path as they shape their own future.
