I've just swapped my desktop machine boxes so that now I'm using Xubuntu
20.04 with XFCE. It used to be, in Xubuntu 18.04, that I could move a
task entry in the task bar by clicking and holding it while dragging it.
For some reason, that is not working now. I can click and drag, and it
looks like it's moving, but when I let go, it hasn't moved. It's as if
the panel were locked, but I don't find a way to unlock it. A hint on
how to move the task's taskbar entry would be helpful.
