Windows 7 is 64 bit install but MS V C++ 2015 (x86) is the 32 bit
install..

When I run "spotty.exe -n test -x" I get the following:

C:\PROGRA~3\SQUEEZ~1\Cache\INSTAL~1\Plugins\Spotty\Bin\MSWIN3~1>spotty.exe
-n test -x
ok spotty v0.12.0
{"debug":false,"lms-auth":true,"version":"0.12.0","volume-normalisation":true}
