Hi, I have the same problem: I can brows the Tidal content, but when I try to play, I get an «connection reset by host» displayed on my SBTouch after 3=6 seconds. It worked great earlier. Recently I changed from an Windows server running LMS to Ubuntu 18.04, and after that I got this problem. Not sure if it has anything to do with the server update though...
My SB Touch is connected to the LMS server and I play lossy. I live in Norway.
