I added the wav + cue file back to the library and the presence of the MAI plugin crashes LMS. I know wav + cue is not recommended but they do work when MAI is not installed. This seems to be a different issue to the other one currently being reported.
Could you please confirm you're seeing the same message in server.log as reported in https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?111493&p=961163&viewfull=1#post961163?
