experiencing the same, but spotty is not as reliable as chromecast when using casting direct from phones (using spotty through the material client works perfectly) however the kids all want to cast from phone
Unfortunately about every other posting here is reporting this, and my response remains the same: I'm sorry to say that Connect mode isn't as robust as it should be. But I haven't found a way to improve it yet.
Also as per a previous post very randomly the "Do not broacast players" has got checked by itself in the Spotty settings, which seems unlikely as things dont do it by itself, but I cant explain how it has become checked?
This, too, has been explained many times before: if there's a conflict running discovery (other applications might be doing the same), this feature is disabled. Which unfortunately means you won't see all players in your network, but only those connected to your account.
