Only the "new" products Touch, Radio and Controller (Lua & C, ARM processor & Linux kernel) could be updated as some of the source code and build environment is available. The older IPK based products such as SB3/Classic, Receiver, Boom & Trasnproter cannot be modified becuase 1. No source code available. 2. Even if LMS player code was available - lots of proprietary licensed software such as the OS and decoders. 3.
