No, its not currently possible, a series is currently only a dynamic
menu that can't be added to favourites. Using Subscribe is the way to
follow/favourite a series.
I could probably make that possible by introducing some kind of URL
based playlist representation of a series, but what is the advantage
of having them in favourites over going to My Sounds->Subscriptions?
