normalisation-method basic has been removed from custom-convert.conf, does that mean normalisation is supposed to be using "dynamic" normalisation now?
No. "basic" is now baked in to the v1.0.1 helper binaries. The additional command line parameter was causing issues with some of the old helper binaries as shipped in the "legacy helper" plugins.
