My librespot command was librespot -n "Librespot Speaker" -b 320 --enable-volume-normalisation --normalisation-gain-type album For Spotty I was using Ogg but changing to FLAC or PCM makes no difference. I am not sure what you mean by parameters but Replaygain was on and Spotty Normalisation was enabled.
Can you check the process list right after you've started playback: check the parameters used to runs spotty. Is --enable-volume-normalisation part of the parameters?
