I'm currently using a Github workflow to build the binaries. And I haven't been able to cross-compile the statically linked version so far. I've always tried to build statically linked binaries. But it's a bit of a challenge... Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Oh... there's an ARM runner available, which uses qemu rather than cross-compilation. Maybe I can use that (https://github.com/marketplace/actions/arm-runner)
