I apologize for the extremely late response ... I was preoccupied with other things. I see this behavior on my new Pixel 6a running Android 13, APK 0.3.0. I fired up my old Pixel 3a running Android 12, also APK version 0.3.0 - and with Android 12 the "Cache will be cleared" notification is properly rendered!
