Like simbo who had a similar problem (see page 6 of this thread), I'm guessing that this is due to permissions on the plugins directory - I can't see a custom-convert.conf file. But when I uncheck the 'read-only' flag for the plugin/InguzEQ directory, it remains as read-only when next I view its properties. Does the plugin write the conf file to the Inguz EQ dir, or the parent plugins dir? Any idea why I can't enable write permissions?
