OK, I Should have thought of this before but quitting iTunes does prevent it from gaining control of the drive! On the gloomier side of things, I AM running slimserver 7.3 and the Cdplayer plug-in now gets CD and track names properly, I can even hear the drive spinnig up, but it wont play the tracks. BPA, is this a known issue with SC 7.3 or would you like me to throw in a few lines of log? If so, which log should I activate?
