Just look at the previous post - I said if you are running 7.3 I think it needs to be updated as similar plugins have needed code to be changed to get audio.
At the moment I am testing & updating a number of 7.3 related items/plugins and CDplayer is item on the list. There may be OSX specific issues but until I check CDplayer on 7.3 I can't be sure.
