BETA1 of 1.5.0 is now available on www.gregbrown.net. This is a 'beta' but for those of you on 7.3 it'll work a lot better than 1.0.x. Please post any issues you find as there's been a good amount of code change.
7.3.x is REQUIRED. -Overhauled ProtocolHandler. Now retrieves the actively playing stream title info directly from Sirius. -Supports direct URL play or favorites in the URL format of siriusradio://# (where # is the channel number). -Updated channel retrieval and icons for new streams. -Now displays now playing channel icon. -Supports AudioScrobbler/LastFM People often ask- Why use this plugin when there's an official Sirius plugin? There are pros and cons to each... my plugin- 1.) Supports both regular and premium Sirius subscriptions. The official plugin only supports premium subscriptions. 2.) Supports both Sirius US and Sirius Canada. The offical plugin only supports US. 3.) Displays now playing song title info for most Sirius streams so you can channel surf without having to start each stream manually. The official plugin only displays the currently playing song title info. 4.) Does not watch user activity to timeout/stop playing streams. The official plugin watches user activity and will stop playing a stream after x minutes of inactivity. 5.) Is the original Sirius plugin.
