The file is called plugin.pm. It is located inside a *.par file. The par file is located in a directory under "SuperDateTime" which is under plugins. The possible locations for plugins on your installation can be found near the bottom of the page on the "Information" tab of the server settings. My recommendation would be to start by downloading the plugin from gregbrown.net and manually installing the plugin after you modify it. Use winwar or winzip to extract plugin.pm and make your modifications and then place it back into the par file.
